Cornerstone support
Cornerstone closed-beta support is provided on a best-effort basis by Levelmark Studios LLC. There is no guaranteed response time or uptime service level during the beta.
Before opening a report
- Update to the newest beta build available to you.
- Close and reopen Cornerstone, then repeat the action once.
- For an online feature, confirm internet access and check the companion service health response.
- Check Preferences → Account and cloud sync for the last successful cloud sync. Export Cornerstone data before replacing a library, reinstalling, or erasing anything you need to keep. Structured exports do not include photo files.
Report a bug
Email [email protected] or open the public Cornerstone issue tracker and include:
- Cornerstone version and whether the build is Expo Go, preview, or production;
- device model and operating-system version;
- the screen, action, expected result, and actual result;
- repeatable steps and whether the problem happens every time; and
- the generated request ID shown with an online error, when available.
Do not post or email a food diary, household name, body measurement, smart-scale or Apple Health screenshot, progress or recipe photo, API key, account credential, exported Cornerstone file, crash dump, or other private information unless support explicitly establishes an appropriate private transfer. Screenshots should be cropped or redacted.
Privacy, security, and deletion
Use Preferences → Export or restore Cornerstone data for a structured copy. Use Preferences → Account and cloud sync → Delete account and cloud data to remove your synchronized records, private media, and Cornerstone identity, then erase local device data. Erasing one device without deleting the account does not remove its cloud library. To change or revoke Health permissions, use Cornerstone's Health controls and Apple's Health or iOS Settings controls.
If you cannot use the app, start at the public account-deletion page. Email privacy requests to [email protected]. For a suspected security vulnerability, email [email protected] with a minimal request for private follow-up; do not publish exploit details, credentials, or user data.
Safety
Support cannot provide medical, nutrition, allergy, exercise, or emergency advice. Contact a qualified professional for health decisions and local emergency services for an emergency.
